Need a space? Look no further than the 2-4 Community Room.

Community lies at the heart of 2-4 Market Place; the entire project is dedicated to bringing the Caistor community a hub to help the town continue to thrive, both economically and socially. At the heart of the building itself lies the Community Room – a space built by the community for the community.

If you’re looking for a place to host a celebration, regular group activity, or one-off event, this could just be the room for you. Due to be completed in Phase One of the project, with a projected completion time of summer 2026, we are now taking booking enquiries for 2027.

What kinds of events can you accommodate?

From intimate gatherings to community activities and groups, the Community Room flexes to fit you! We welcome:

    Capacity: Currently up to 60 people comfortably, layout dependent.

    Celebrations

    Birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and family milestones

    Events and one‑off hires

    Talks, workshops, makers markets, craft fairs, exhibitions and pop‑ups

    Regular groups and activities

    Children’s story time, singing groups, yoga classes, craft circles and clubs

    Meetings and conferences

    Board meetings, training days, community forums and drop-ins

    Exhibitions

    From arts and crafts to photography, heritage, small installations and community showcases

    • Bookings will be granted access to the Community Room until 10pm (currently)

    • Events and one‑off hires: Deposit to secure, and opt-in support to help organise your event if needed.
    • Regular groups: Book simple repeatable slots, start with a trial, then a rolling agreement can be put in place
    • Meetings and conferences: AV options, and room set-up exactly to your brief
