2026 is shaping up to be a very exciting year for Caistor, and 2-4 is right at the heart of it. Over the past year, work on this historic building has continued and is now starting to pick up momentum, with Phase One nearing completion.
Soon, visitors will see a vibrant new face to the Market Place, with freshly refurbished retail units, holiday lets, and a welcoming community space ready to be enjoyed by all!
It’s been a journey full of challenges, as heritage renovations often are, but the progress and work behind the scenes have been fantastic.
How you can help…
While the project has already secured the vast majority of the £4.4 million funding required, there’s a final target of £25,000 to raise through our Community Share offer. By investing just £50, you can play a direct role in supporting this heritage restoration project.
