We were selected as the main contractor for this project due to our heritage expertise and proven track record of delivering sensitive restorations. At 2–4 Market Place, we are working carefully to stabilise, repair, and reimagine a building that has stood at the centre of Caistor for centuries. Our team understands the value of these spaces to their communities – and we’re proud to help secure their future.
The project
Our role is to bring the building back into safe and usable condition, using traditional materials and methods wherever appropriate. We’re not just repairing a structure – we’re preserving its story while making it fit for future generations.
