Greenwood Projects has been providing Construction Consultancy Services since 1986, focussed on managing successful construction projects – with a specialism for managing historic building restoration. We have gained a reputation for no nonsense advice and retain a flexible approach to project delivery. We are based in the Midlands but work throughout the UK. We have worked with many similar projects throughout the UK; and are well known to those in the heritage sector.
Why
We have helped many projects funded with grants by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Architectural Heritage Fund, etc; and were recommended to get involved in this project. We have been supporting Caistor & District Community Trust throughout the project development, and we are excited to see the contractors on-site to make a real difference to the centre of Caistor.
The project
We have been involved with this project for a number of years, and provided support in both the project development stages, as well as the design and construction stages. We have a passion for historic building restoration, and love to work with trusts and groups to find a sustainable new use for well-loved historic buildings for the community. We are looking forward to seeing this project make a real difference to Caistor.
